Cooper Noone, President & CEO
Cooper has been a senior IT executive in the financial industry for almost 20 years with comprehensive experience managing large project teams, coordinating global support functions, and directing multiple company driven business initiatives. He is a results oriented leader proficient in generating innovative approaches to solve business problems. Cooper has specific expertise at building internal and external relationships to enhance organizational capacity. He has demonstrated proficiency in establishing and implementing large multi-tiered systems for electronic trading using the FIX Protocol, portfolio management systems, disaster recovery protocols, and global support procedures.

Cooper has worked closely with the FIX Protocol for several years implementing electronic trading systems using FIX. He served on the FIX Global Steering Committee, and actively participates on several committees and working groups within FIX Protocol Ltc.  He has managed many vendor relationships in the financial IT industry.

In addition, Cooper has related experience in software development and project management at investment management firms and broker-dealers in Boston, San Diego, and New York City. Most recently he was Vice President of development for Fidelity Management & Research managing the implementation of their electronic trading platform and was responsible for FIX electronic connectivity on trading floors in Boston, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Cooper holds a B.S. in Computer Science and also earned his M.B.A. in International Business from Northeastern University in Boston. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Orion Data Management.
