Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for identifying and growing new business opportunities, writing and coordinating business proposals, and fostering business relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of proposal development lifecycle. Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Familiarity with market research and opportunity tracking tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Word.

 
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for managing, implementing, and measuring innovative client marketing, such as advertising and product branding, lead generation programs, media campaigns, direct mail, and email marketing programs. Manage multiple vendor relationships and vendor product quality on assigned projects.

Qualifications: Knowledge of Internet marketing concepts. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in multi-tasking environment, yet focus on details. Leadership qualities, such as: self-motivated, performance-driven, positive attitude, and a team player.
 
 
Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for defining and documenting the requirements for financial software applications. Working with sales, management, and developers to gather information and communicate technical specifications to all parties involved.

Qualifications: Experienced in financial management or analysis background preferred. Expertise in developing and supporting financial modeling. Experienced developing business and technical documentation. Proven facilitator. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Facilitation techniques to bring multiple groups to consensus. Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle assignments with minimum supervision. Logical, conceptual thinker who enjoys solving problems.
 
 
Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for designing and developing platform independent applications in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications: 5+ years professional experience working in systems organizations building software using Java. A proven track record of successful software development. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, and will have a strong desire to learn more about investment management and trading systems.
